Pros: It’s great! It burns! I feel accomplished! It’s the first workout dvd I’ve bought that doesn’t completely suck.
Cons: I flailed around punching imaginary demons for 30 minutes before my knee got kind of tight (had an injury a few years ago,) so I turned it off and now I’m heating/icing it. I’m never going to survive the apocalypse. Now I’m having an existential crisis. Thanks, Billy Blanks »;
